New Member Application

Recommended Investments schedule is 100% voluntary and was established and approved by the Board of Directors to act as a guide in determining a Member’s Equitable Investment, based on willingness and ability to invest in Ardmore’s Business future!  80% of membership investments are tax deductible as a business expense.  Minimum investment - $322.00 plus a one-time Administrative fee of $25.00.  Investment re-evaluated annually.

Automotive, Construction, Manufacturers, Motels, Processors, Restaurants, Retail, Real Estate, Insurance, Oil and Gas.

SUBSEQUENT BUSINESS

Subsequent business is defined as a like business operated and owned by parent corporation.  Membership is $161 per year (number of businesses x $161) plus a one-time $25 administrative fee ($186).

UTILITIES AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS

Determined by total assets: $322.00 base plus $10.00 for each million or portion

PROFESSIONAL PARTNERSHIPS

Attorneys, Doctors, Dentists, CPA’s, etc., $322.00 plus $161.00 per additional partners.

SCHOOLS & NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS

Recommended guide is 50% of General Business Schedule using $322.00 as a minimum for 0-5 employees plus $25.00 Administration Fee. ($161 + $25=$186)

INDIVIDUAL MEMBER

An individual not representing a business or profession - $161.00 plus $25.00 Administration fee ($186.00)
