Ardmore is known for its beautiful homes and neighborhoods. The community features a variety of residential settings from classic, long-standing homes on tree-lined streets to modern developments. Ardmore's options include a range of apartments, traditional single-family homes, and luxury custom homes. Ardmore offers housing that will suit all needs. In response to a Housing Demand Study commissioned by the Ardmore Chamber of Commerce and Ardmore Development Authority indicating a need for affordable housing, an aggressive housing initiative has been undertaken. The result of this initiative is the completion of a new luxury apartment complex, a new housing addition in North Ardmore, and the introduction of the Hickory Ridge Subdivision. The Hickory Ridge Subdivision, located in the western part of the city was developed by the ADA. 140 homes are completed and Phase III is underway freaturing homes in the $100,000-$145,000 price range.
