AYP Plans a Wicked Good Time at Their Spooky Soiree Halloween Party

Posted by Sarah Johnson on 10/06/2019

Fall is finally here, and you have been summoned to THE Halloween party of the season!

Who says Halloween is just for kids? Join Ardmore Young Professionals for a wicked good time at our Spooky Soiree adults-only Halloween party! Come out for games, trivia, drinks, food trucks, a chili cook off, tricks and treats, and finish the night with a spooky movie on an outdoor movie screen. All the votes have been tallied from our Facebook event page, and Beetlejuice was the big winner.

Ardmore Young Professionals – an organization which seeks to improve the social, professional and leadership opportunities for its members – invites everyone in the community to gather at the Market Place on Broadway on October 18, 2019 from 5:30-11 p.m.

Enjoy dressing up? Break out your cutest, scariest or funniest costume and get into the spirit of the season. Costumes are strongly encouraged, and guests will have the chance to win a prize for best overall costume.

Think you make the best chili around? Enter our Spooky Soiree Chili Cook Off! The best recipe will win bragging rights and a cash prize. Entrance fee for the cook off is $20 and includes one event ticket. Each contestant must cook at least one gallon (four quarts) of chili (one regular crock pot). Email [email protected] for more contest details. Business are also invited to enter!

Not a member of AYP? That’s okay! This event is open to the public with ticket purchase, age 21 and up only.

Tickets are $15 each presale and can be purchased from any AYP board member, at ardmoreyp.com or at the Chamber of Commerce (410 West Main). Skip the line at the event and buy early! Tickets at the door are $20, cash only. All tickets come with two drink vouchers (a cash bar will be available after) and admission into all the fun.

Our sponsors for this event are Dollar General and MTC Federal Credit Union.
